Our tricked up new menu (see full menu here) features executive chef Friedrich Wiesehutter’s latest culinary creations, including The ‘Hof’s famous steamed mussels infused with a creamy Dijon mustard and mushroom sauce, the meltingly-tender slow-roasted lamb shoulder with rosemary potatoes and greens, a feisty spiced tahini-marinated succulent chicken served with cumin-scented buttery mash and baby carrots, and Fred’s Asian-inspired delicacy of quick-fried egg noodles with root vegetables, greens, fresh ginger and hoisin sauce.
