Tired of the standard weekend brunch options? Down at The ‘Hof we’re keeping brunch real with our awesome new Instagram-worthy Breakfast in Bread offerings.

Taking a delicious sourdough loaf baked especially for you by the team at UNA Bakery, we cram it full of some of the tastiest breakfast fillings known to man, then lightly toast to create the ultimate hangry-and-hangover-curing breakfast of all time.

It’s the latest creation from our culinary genius/executive chef Fred Wiesehutter; choose from three hunger-busting flavour symphonies:

  • Big Breakfast – a powerhouse of sausage, mushroom, bacon, cheese and egg;
  • Salmon – a heavenly combo of delicately smoked salmon enveloped with sour cream, spinach, cheese and egg; and
  • Vegetarian – a hearty union of kumara, pumpkin, pesto, spinach, broccoli, olives, cheese and egg.

They’re served whole and hot from the oven, slice through the golden crust and commence feasting (after posting envy-inducing social media snap, of course) on the city’s finest gourmet creation.

What’s more, we’ve also created a delectable partner in brunch crime with our tricked-up new Bloody Mary list, which includes the legendary classic alongside honey, feijoa and kiwifruit options for those who like to mix things up, or ease the pain of the previous night’s indulgence.
